Project Title:
Tracking Respiratory Viruses in South Dakota Using Clinical and Environmental Surveillance
This project uses cutting-edge sequencing tools to track respiratory viruses like COVID-19 and influenza in South Dakota. Students will help process clinical samples, analyze genetic data, and explore how viruses change over time. The goal is to improve the detection of diseases and give students hands-on experience in public health and biomedical research.
