Write your letter of recommendation.
Save your letter of recommendation.
Save your letter in Microsoft Word format
Save the file using a similar naming scheme: "UGF_letter_StudentName"
Do Not save your letter as a PDF.
Attach your letter to an e-mail and send it to sdbrin@gmail.com.
Please DO NOT mail or fax your letter
In the subject line, please type "UGF Letter for [Student Name]"
E-mailing the letter assures us that it is sent from you, the writer - NO SIGNATURE NEEDED FOR E-MAILS
STUDENTS, TELL YOUR LETTER WRITER THAT RECOMMENDATION LETTERS IN PDF FORMAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE LETTERS MAY BE IN MS-WORD FORMAT (OR EQUIVALENT) OR IN THE BODY OF AN E-MAIL.
