Letter of Recommendation
Please complete the following steps before submitting your letter of recommendation:
Write your letter of recommendation.
Letters should be written in Microsoft Word.
Letters written in the body of an email will also be accepted.
Save your letter of recommendation.
Save your letter in Microsoft Word format
Save the file using a similar naming scheme: "UGF_letter_StudentName"
Do Not save your letter as a PDF.
Attach your letter to an e-mail and send it to sdbrin@gmail.com.
Please DO NOT mail or fax your letter
In the subject line, please type "UGF Letter for [Student Name]"
E-mailing the letter assures us that it is sent from you, the writer - NO SIGNATURE NEEDED FOR E-MAILS
STUDENTS, TELL YOUR LETTER WRITER THAT RECOMMENDATION LETTERS IN PDF FORMAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE LETTERS MAY BE IN MS-WORD FORMAT (OR EQUIVALENT) OR IN THE BODY OF AN E-MAIL.
